MIXED MEDIA RAKHI & LUMBA SET -DT SONIYA AGARAWAL

Today I am super excited to share one of my precocious MIXED MEDIA RAKHI & LUMBA SET with you all. Its an altered project where I have used left over tape rings to make a BIG rakhi and lumba set!

Making this BIG set was so much fun and with @craftyscrappers supplies,
its super easy to give a shape to your imagination.

But before I start, let me tell you our challenge for the month of AUGUST is ongoing,
if you have missed the previous post check it out here:

CHALLENGE#24:”RAKSHABANDHAN”

You can create Cards, layouts, a journal page, Canvases, interactive/3D cards,
mixed media, altered art,money envelopes …anything crafty,
With the RAKSHA BANDHAN themein it!
But keep in mind, Craftyscrappers products as focus.

Last date of submission is 31ST AUGUST,2018

Here is the MIXED MEDIA RAKHI & LUMBA SET that i created:

To create my altered project, i have used @craftyscrappers Shimmer sprays

Along with the beautiful stamp set- RAKHI WISHES

A BRIEF TUTORIAL:

Stamp a bunch of the rakhi images from the stamp set and color them using the shimmer sprays and decorate it with blings.
Fuzzy cut all the rakhi’s and keep aside to be put together.
Next take some card rings, paper flowers and beads and assemble them together to create the rakhi.
Attach ribbons on the card ring and the big rakhi is ready.
