To create this project i have used craftyscrappers beautiful stamp set…
So here’s my Valentine Gift box
A BRIEF TUTORIAL
- To make this gift box, I took a cardstock measuring 8 x 8 inch and and scored at 2 inch on all sides.
- Made a slit at the conjunction of the scored lines and using strong adhesive I pasted them on the inside to turn it into a box.
- I made the lid of the box the same way using 7 x 7 inch card stock.
- Once I finished the box and lid, I added some pattern paper.
- Distress them using antique linen distress ink. I added some gemstones and lace to the box.
- To decorate the lid, first I added a piece of burlap and added some granular paste and heat set it. I added a piece of chipboard.
- I cut and added a piece of floral design (from pattern paper) using strong adhesive.
- I added some distress spray before proceeding to the next step.
- For the next step, I added some flowers and leaves using tacky glue.
- I added some layered die cuts and a sentiment along with the image and some embellishment.
