Now onto my May inspiration now…

Today I have made a tag and a card using Lotus stamp set,designed by Our talented Design team-mate Nandini Karmarkar, (Product code: ST-FLW-09)
These stamps are so versatile that one will feel like playing so much with them.
They truly have endless possibilities.

Let me first show you my tag.

For the tag,on the main cardstock I have applied Inka gold first and let it dry.After gold color dried I have used, The Arrow stencil, (Product code: CS-STNL-06) by Craftyscrappers and used inka gold black color to give background effect.
For the lotus,I have used BUCKRAM,(Buckram is a stiff cloth, made of cotton, and still occasionally linen, which is used to cover and protect books. Buckram can also be used to stiffen clothes.)Now this material was complete new and a successful experiment.I have used memento inks to stamp images on Buckram.These high quality stamps perfectly stands out on any surface.Lastly i adorned the tag with some leaf and ribbons from my stash.

Now let me show you my card,

For this card ,I have again used same lotus cardstock.
I stamped them on white cardstock and heat embossed with gold powder.Then I have colored them with Zig colors and fussy cut them.The sentiment is from same stamp set which again i have heat embossed with gold powder on white cardstock.
I have used Kraft cardstock as base to stick my fussy cuts.

I simply enjoyed doing both the card and the tag.The stamps from Craftyscrappers give crisp and clear images.Hoping to do many more such posts in future.
