FLORALS & TEXTURE SCRAPBOOK LAYOUT-DT ARCHANA SEHGAL

Hello My Crafty Friends,

This is Archana here, Creative designer @craftyscrappers and today I come up with super simple yet beautiful Mixed Media Scrapbook layout based on our ongoing challenge theme, which is florals and textures.
So without wasting time lets jump into the step by step process.

To create my florals and textures mixed media scrapbook layout i have used, craftyscrappers abstract squares stencil

along with the gorgeous stamp set- Floral Wishes

and the fabulous SHIMMER PASTE- PUMPKIN

Here is my complete Florals & Textures scrapbook layout:

A BRIEF TUTORIAL:

1. I sprayed shimmer sprays called bitter lemon and dancing peacock from craftyscrappers randomly.
2. I created texture using  stencil called abstract squares and shimmer paste called pumpkin. This shimmer paste is must have product, it adds beautiful look to the project and at the same time adds glitter or shine…
3. Next added shimmer paste slightly around the focal point and I also blended the extra shimmer paste using fingers just to give blended look.
4. Meanwhile I stamped the  floral images and colored them using diluted acrylic paints.
5. I fussy cut the stamped images , and next I placed a picture on the layout and to give 3d look I added cardboard pieces behind it.
6. After placing the picture, I arrange the fussy cut floral images and paste them around the picture forming a composition
7. To put everything together I stamped dotted pattern background stamp from stamp-set called inspire from craftyscrappers and distress the edges of layout using black acrylic paint.
8. I also added some pearls to the project.
