Generally its a card in an envelope but I have turned an envelope into a card. Its a fun project and many ways to get creative with this.
But I am keeping it plain and simple for this tutorial.
For this tutorial i have used, Craftyscrappers beautiful critters stamp:

To win the amazing goodie bags !
To make an envelope, I took a card stock measuring 10″ x 10″.
I placed it on my scoreboard an with the help of envelope template (which also has guide to make an envelope) I scored along the desired measurements to make an envelope.
Then I used Misti stamping tool for stamping (makes it very easy if I miss some areas while stamping). I used Altenew Jet black ink. Any black ink works. I have used What’s up duck stamps. Its a very beautiful stamp set with ducks and works for any weather themed card.
I love colouring my images with colour pencils. I used Biyano colour pencils for colourng my stamped images. I fuzzy cut them using Tim Holtz scissors.
To make the duck look like its sitting on water, I created a small slit in the water image and inserted my duck into the slit.
I adhered all the stamped pieces onto my stenciled background. I added this onto a back card stock (if you do not have a black card stock, take a white card piece and apply black ink onto the edges). Add this piece to the center of the envelope.
